club can be described as a student driven program designed to educate
through action and example on the principles, benefits, and necessity
of sustainable agricultural systems that preserve natural resources,
strengthen local communities, and promote food system equity. The
program encourages experiential and interdisciplinary learning,
initiative, and creativity through the development of organic plots.
Club participants come from departments all over campus and all
