Research:
Research interests lie in the study of the roles,
interactions and management of microbes in agricultural and
engineered systems; these environments/systems include:
animal waste management systems (e.g., manure, anaerobic
digesters, lagoons, compost); aquaculture systems (e.g.,
biofilters and bioflocs); animal guts; plant rhizosphere.
Advising:
Currently accepting applicants who have interest and
enthusiasm for learning and discovering what microbes do in
these environments |
