The Idaho
Center for Potato Research and Education is a virtual center made up of
faculty and staff located at the University of Idaho campus, four research
and education centers, and numerous county extension offices.
Conducts
research on late blight, Rhizoctonia, Fusarium dry rot,
and other diseases. Future research will be
conducted on black dot and pink rot, among other diseases,
as well as on weather-based disease forecasting.
