Advanced Training in Cell Biology of Pathogenesis offers independent and highly motivated predoctoral students unparalleled research and educational opportunities in areas related to microbial pathogenesis.The primary goal of the advanced training is to facilitate the development of participating predoctoral students into leading microbiologists, and thus provide the biomedical community with highly creative and productive scientists. This goal will be achieved by requiring students to subscribe to a rigorous, defined and well-established interdepartmental curriculum and research plan at the University of Idaho.
