Received your Winter 2009 PROGRAMS & PEOPLE and read every word! Learned a lot. Similar types of publication from two other institutions of higher learning come in my mail. Your publication is by far the most informative and well written of all and is the one I appreciate.
Thanks, and keep up the fine work!

Hi Mary Ann:
Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the latest edition of the magazine. I was especially touched with the article about the immigrant children in Southern Idaho ... also the article about scholarships for children of migrant/temporary workers. I was pleased to see that there were a number of non-Native American students as well who are taking advantage of this program.
Moscow Garden Club
Wanted to also send the latest email about our Moscow Garden Club propagation group, which is meeting regularly at the UI Greenhouse. Although we hope to produce some plants to put into our spring plant sale (traditionally held on the Saturday before Mother's Day), we are primarily interested in learning propagation skills and strategies for success in gardening.
I wanted to remind you of the CALS treasure you have in Jerry Meyer, Facilities Director of the UI Greenhouse, who has been such a help to us in his outreach responsibilities. You are always welcome to join us if you want to see what is going on.
