ARIEL AGENBROAD ’07, Nampa, is the new UI Extension horticulture educator in Canyon County.
ASHLEY CARLON ’06, Moscow, has joined the University of Idaho as an assistant director in the Department of New Student Services. She is also pursuing a master’s in animal science focusing on nutrition.
TRAVIS MAI ’01, Filer, married Jill Brubaker in May 2007. They are expecting their first child in January 2009. They farm in and around Filer.

LORI FREEMAN ’80, Boise, is the lab manager of the analytical chemistry lab at Micron.
CANDACE GODWIN ’88, Coeur d’Alene, is the director of marketing for Century 21 Beutler and Associates where she oversees offices in Coeur d’Alene, Lewiston, St. Maries, Liberty Lake, and Spokane. She markets the products of more than 250 agents. In 2007, the Coeur d’Alene office was ranked the #1 Century 21 office in the world (out of 8,000 offices).
THERESA GOLIS ’82, Boise, began a new job this summer as the Family and Consumer Sciences Program Manager for the Idaho Division of Professional-Technical Education. She is also serving as the CALS Alumni President.
BASSEY I. E. ISONG, Ph.D. ’80, ’83, Uyo, Nigeria, is on the faculty of agriculture in the Department of Home Economics at the University of Uyo in Nigeria.
DANIEL MATTSON ’85, Boise, is the farm loan specialist with the USDA Farm Service Agency.
ROBB STEINKE ’84, Twin Falls, serves on both the advisory board of the UI CALS Department of Agricultural Economics & Rural Sociology and the CALS Advisory Board. He is the senior appraiser at Rabo AgriFinance.
1960s
JOHN ALBEE ’62, Post Falls, will complete his second year term as commissioner to the Idaho Commission on Aging in July 2009. He has served on the board for St. Vincent de Paul since 1994 and has been on the planning committee for the City of Coeur d’Alene Homeless Plan for 10 years. He is treasurer for his homeowners association.
EDWARD KOESTER ’68, Twin Falls, at age 88, has renewed his real estate license again as he continues to develop property in the Twin Falls area.
JOHN L. MOORE ’68, Moses Lake, WA, retired from WSU Extension on Dec. 31, 1989. Since then he’s been busy working on one national disaster for Lutheran Disaster Relief and 12 disasters for American Red Cross. He also has worked on 14 building projects as a mission builder for the Lutheran church (ELCA). Retirement has been great!
JOHN MUNDT ’67, Meridian, has retired as an agriculture teacher educator from the University of Idaho. He is still active with the National FFA Association as the superintendent for the Farm Business Management Career Development event. He and his wife Marty live in Meridian.

GEORGE BRABB ’54, Coeur d’Alene, has retired from Illinois State University’s College of Business. He and his wife Betty reside in Coeur d’Alene.
KEN HALLETT ’55, Spokane, WA, retired from the Cheney School District after teaching biology for 30 years. He and his wife Marilyn are active with Vandal Boosters and hold season tickets. Go Vandals!
RICHARD KERBS ’59, Boise, is employed with Securities America. Richard is a strong Vandal fan, with several siblings, children and grandchildren attending the University of Idaho. His grandson, Blake Kerb, of Kuna, is a freshman in environmental studies. Richard is co-chairing the Golden I Reunion this year.
TOM STROSCHEIN ’59, Moscow, a Latah County Commissioner, has agreed to co-chair the Golden I Class Reunion with Richard Kerbs and Kay Swenson.
