  • Print off and fill out - ONE FOR EACH STUDENT
    "Code of Conduct"
    "Acknowledgement of Risk & Waiver of Liability"
    "Climbing Wall Release Form" - required if student plans to climb the rock wall on Saturday evening.

  • Bring "Code of Conduct" AND " Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability" forms (and "Climbing Wall Release Form", if planning to climb the rock wall) filled out and signed by each participating student's parent or guardian to Ag Days registration.
