Expertise and Programs: Priscilla provides leadership for University - wide engagement within the Institution and throughout Idaho. Her responsibility is to better link academic areas of the University and Economic development. Her research focuses on social and economic trends in the Nation's Rural areas; community engagement at land grant universities; European Rural Policy; and community information systems.
